Europe, year 1000. A shower of meteorites has struck the world and devastated humanity. The world is plunged into chaos and endless night.
Thousands of years later, the sun has reappeared and the descendants of the surviving humans form clans that follow the herds of livestock that sustain them.
In this age of forced nomadism, a man will have a vision: the return to the way of life of their ancestors. This man is called Primus, and the fragments that he has been able to piece together of past knowledge solidifies his resolve that they must find the means of harnessing agriculture in order to create a stronger society based on the model of their ancestors.
Unfortunately, Primus’ research threatens to shatter the balance of the clans and clashes with the ways of this new world. Primus’ people will be wiped out because of his insane dream. His daughter Elaine then continues his search for knowledge and discovers the teachings of Armen the Consoler, who claimed that the world of their ancestors was founded on corruption and that humanity must seize this chance to rewrite its history.
